SK Hynix and its full-time union have tentatively agreed on this year's wage negotiations to pay 4.5 million won in the name of "one-team encouragement money" and increase long-term employment leave.

SK Hynix's labor union explained the provisional agreement for re-negotiation today (23rd) at Icheon and Cheongju campuses.

Earlier last month, SK Hynix's labor and management tentatively agreed on this year's wage negotiations, but they have held seven main negotiations since they were rejected in a vote of full-time union representatives.
