Amid growing concerns within the public's power over the Kim Gun-hee Special Prosecutor Act, which was proposed by the opposition party for the third time, the pro-Yoon Seok-yeol faction reiterated the injustice and unconstitutionality of the Special Prosecutor Act.

Appearing on YTN, Supreme Council member Kim Jae-won said, "Even the Samcheok boy knows that the Democratic Party's push for an independent counsel is aimed at pushing for impeachment of the president, and I think only a few lawmakers will agree with such an independent counsel."

Rep. Kang Myung-koo also mentioned in an interview with KBS radio that the special prosecution law must be prevented, and pointed out that the Democratic Party should not do good things, asking if the president and Han should give up their conscience and vote just because they have a little conflict.
