Yes, the temperature in Seoul dropped to 7.1 degrees this morning, 2.3 degrees lower than yesterday, the lowest temperature this fall.
In addition, temperatures fell to 6.4 degrees in Daejeon, 4.8 degrees in Andong, 1.3 degrees in Daegwallyeong, and 0.4 degrees in Taebaek, and the mountainous area of Bonghwa, Gyeongbuk, fell to minus 0.4 degrees.
The temperature dropped sharply from the northwest due to a strong chill of around minus 15 degrees Celsius, and the radiation cooling effect.
The wind chill was lower than the temperature.
Seolcheonbong Peak in Muju plummeted to minus 5 degrees Celsius, Gangwon and Jeju mountainous areas fell below zero, and Seoul also recorded 6.2 degrees Celsius.

This is because Korea is affected by high pressure as the barometer that created strong winds and cold gradually weakens and the western high pressure moves.
It was chilly in the morning, but temperatures similar to previous years are expected to be 21 degrees in Daegu, 20 degrees in Gwangju, and 19 degrees in Seoul and Daejeon in the middle of the day.
By the weekend, the temperature will rise to over 20 degrees Celsius in the western region as the influence of the east wind increases in the high pressure zone.
However, special attention is needed in health care as the temperature drops sharply at night, and the daily temperature range is expected to widen from 10 to 15 degrees Celsius.
The Korea Meteorological Administration predicts that it will rain mainly in the south early next week, but that the temperature will be higher than usual and the daily temperature range will continue until early November.
