Opposition judicial members who accompanied the National Assembly's Legislation and Judiciary Committee on the execution of an order accompanying the parliamentary audit of First Lady Kim Gun-hee have been accused by the police.

Seoul Metropolitan Councilman Lee Jong-bae held a press conference in front of the Seoul Metropolitan Police Agency today (24th) and announced that he would file a complaint with the police against Reps. Jang Kyung-tae, Lee Kun-tae, and Lee Sung-yoon of the Democratic Party of Korea for violating the Stalking Punishment Act.

The councilor claimed that Jang and others visited the presidential residence and shouted at the presidential residence, saying they would execute the accompanying order without authority, causing anxiety or fear by visiting the residence against the other party's will.

Earlier, Representative Jang and others accompanied the National Assembly Judiciary Committee on the 21st when they visited the presidential residence in Hannam-dong, Seoul, to deliver a letter of order to accompany the parliamentary audit issued against First Lady Kim.
