Russian President Vladimir Putin has warned that attempts to defeat Russia are only delusional.
Putin said in a speech on the last day of the BRICS summit in Kazan on Monday local time that the adversaries have made no secret of their intent to inflict a strategic defeat on Russia.
He also added that only those who do not know Russian history can fall into such delusions.
Putin did not mention sending North Korean troops to Russia.
