Yeongdeungpo Police Station in Seoul is investigating a man in his 60s on charges of breaking the door of the main building of the National Assembly with a fire extinguisher.
Mr. A is accused of damaging the glass by throwing a fire extinguisher at the main gate of the National Assembly's main building at around 5:10 a.m. today (25th).The police, who were dispatched after receiving a report of
, urgently arrested Mr. A at the nearby Han River Park at around 6:20 a.m.
The fire extinguisher used in the crime was found to have been in the National Assembly building, and the police are investigating the motive of the crime in detail.
