Kim Leah, who was sentenced to life imprisonment in the first trial for wielding a weapon to kill her girlfriend who notified her of the breakup and hurting her mother, appealed against the ruling.
Kim Leah's legal representative filed an appeal with the Suwon District Court today (29th).
The Suwon District Court previously sentenced Kim Leah, who was arrested and charged with murder in the first trial on the 23rd, to life imprisonment.
The court refused to accept Kim's claim that Kim Leah was in a state of weak mind and body at the time of the crime, saying she showed meticulousness, such as selecting a location to prevent the victims from leaving the crime site.
