In the middle of the night, a car dashes through the vehicles on the riverside road in Seoul.

Four cars continue the dangerous run.

As you pass by running cars, you change lanes as if you're doing a trick.

Another vehicle runs narrowly away from cars on the road.

It also changes multiple lanes at a time.

Late at night, a group of people who drove recklessly, including speeding, on the roads in downtown Seoul, were arrested by the police.

The group, consisting mainly of people in their 20s, organized a runaway racing meeting on social media, set a time and place using slang that only they knew, and drove recklessly in groups.

Using these foreign cars, they continued their dangerous run by driving 130 to 200 kilometers per hour on car-only roads such as Gangbyeonbuk-ro, where the speed limit is 80 kilometers per hour.

The police have specified the exact time and location seven times between June and July.

They even took a video of them driving recklessly and posted it on social media, and it was found that they gathered additional participants in this way.

[Lim Jae-min / Head of the Seoul Metropolitan Police Agency's Traffic Crime Investigation Team: A total of 25 people were arrested, two of them were arrested, and a vehicle of the main culprit was confiscated. All 25 of them will be sent.]

Police said they would focus their crackdown on such runaway driving as it could put themselves as well as other drivers at risk.
