An injunction request for the return of former CEO Min Hee-jin of Door was not accepted. However, even after the court's decision, both Hive and Min's representatives reiterated their arguments and continued to conflict.

The Seoul Central District Court's Civil Affairs Department 50 (Judge Kim Sang-hoon) rejected Min's request for provisional injunction against Hive on the 29th (to end the case without hearing because it does not meet formal requirements).

Immediately after the court decision came out, both sides quickly announced their positions.

"We appreciate the court's wise judgment," Hive said. "With this decision, we will do our best to normalize adore, advance multi-label, and support artist activities."

Around the same time, former representative Min also spoke. He explained that the court's decision was only a judgment that there was no interest in the lawsuit, and that the contract between shareholders was still valid. In response, he demanded that the board of directors decide to return to the representative position.

Since then, Hive has once again expressed his detailed position against internal executives and employees, and former CEO Min has once again expressed his position against the public.

CEO Hive Lee Jae-sang sent an email to executives and employees to emphasize "normalization of the word." "There is no change in the fact that we will mobilize all of our capabilities to support Newzins to become a more global artist," he said. In addition, former CEO Min expressed his hope that he would stay at Audor as a producer of New Jeans.

Former CEO Min, who is still calling for his return to the leadership, expressed his feelings by appearing on YouTube content hosted by pop culture critic Kim Young-dae. He said, "I'm constantly suffering from strange frames, and I'm being framed. Therefore, we have to continue to reveal our innocence strangely," he appealed. In particular, he denied the treacherous act claimed by Hive, saying, "I never tried to leave Hive."

In the end, the board of directors rejected the appointment of CEO Min Hee-jin today (30th). Former representative of

Min's return has been thwarted, but he is determined to continue the fight against Hive. "If we do not re-elect as CEO of Dorr, we will actively consider whether to exercise former CEO Min Hee-jin's rights for violating Hive's inter-shareholder contract," Min said.
