Screens that prove the North Korean military's deployment, such as videos of Russian soldiers at war learning Hangul, are continuously coming up.

Russia has continued to pretend that North Korea's foreign ministers' talks in Moscow are regular strategic consultations.

This is a video posted on Telegram, a social media.

When asked if he can study Korean well, a young man who is believed to be a Russian soldier replies with a laugh as if he is puzzled.

[Suspect Russian] I don't understand what you mean. "Where are you from?" Oh no!]

Scenes of Ukrainian soldiers learning Hangul in case they encounter North Korean troops are also circulating on the Internet.

There are videos that disprove the North Korean military's deployment, but Russia still does not acknowledge them.

Asked if North Korean Foreign Minister Choi Sun-hee's visit to Russia was related to the situation in Ukraine, a Foreign Ministry spokesman said only that it was "normal diplomatic practice."

It is a meeting to regularly discuss bilateral issues and international issues in the framework of the North Korea-Russia summit and the Comprehensive Strategic Partnership Treaty.

[Marya Zakharova / Russian Foreign Ministry Spokesperson: Choi Sun-hee, Foreign Minister of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea, will officially visit Moscow for strategic consultations with Sergey Lavrov, Foreign Minister of the Russian Federation.]

The two sides may have dealt with North Korean leader Kim Jong-un's visit to Russia and countermeasures against the U.S. presidential election, but they are likely to have focused on the North Korean military's dispatch to Russia.

In particular, there are observations that they may have discussed "expanding" the size of the troop dispatch this time.
