A fierce battle is expected over various development projects, achievements, and next year's budget plan promoted by Seoul Mayor Oh Se-hoon.

The Seoul Metropolitan Council has started a 53-day regular meeting schedule.
At the opening ceremony, the city council announced a thorough administrative audit and review of the budget plan against the Seoul Metropolitan Government and the city's education office.
