The fire at the Mars Wood Factory...One time, the first phase of the response was issued.

At around 5:50 a.m. today (4th), a fire broke out at a wood manufacturing plant in Songsan-myeon, Hwaseong-si, Gyeonggi-do, and was extinguished in 4 hours and 20 minutes.

Although 42 factory officials were evacuated and no one was injured, the fire department once issued the first stage of response, mobilizing three to seven surrounding fire departments for fear of expanding combustion.

Fire authorities believe the fire started in the boiler room on the first floor of the building and will investigate the exact cause of the fire.
