Lee Jae-myung, who was worried that his political position would shrink after the first trial of the Public Official Election Act was convicted, is said to have set the stage for a reversal after he was acquitted of perjury.
Analysts say that the Democratic Party of Korea's rally will be more solid and the driving force for the rental fight will be revived, with representative Lee at the center, but analysts say that the "second trial risk" has not subsided.

Representative Lee Jae-myung has lowered himself to a full extent since the first trial conviction of the violation of the Public Official Election Act on the 15th.
He emphasized that he believed in the judiciary, which gave a "restraint" to criticism of the judiciary within the party and found its place one day.
[Lee Jae-myung / Representative of the Democratic Party of Korea (22nd): It was the judiciary of the Republic of Korea that eventually returned to his position. Thank you and respect to the majority of judges and the judiciary.]
At an outdoor rally two days before the sentencing, he also refrained from making public remarks about whether it would be seen as pressure from the judiciary.
As a result, he was acquitted in the first trial of the perjury teacher case, and CEO Lee was able to take a breather for now.
Despite the prosecution's claim that it was an unreasonable indictment, it is expected that the pressure on Kim Gun-hee's special prosecution law, which is based on suspicions of Myung Tae-kyun, will be further strengthened, that is, the rental struggle.
The analysis that the so-called "right-click" has added persuasive power to the expansion of the outside world and taking care of people's livelihoods is also a reassuring point for the Democratic Party.
[Lee Jae-myung / Democratic Party leader: Compared to the difficulties the people face, I think the difficulties I face are very minimal. We will continue to do our best for the better life of our people..]
However, the 'trial risk' of the second trial of the Public Official Election Act remains.
As the sentence of the first trial is a suspended sentence of imprisonment heavier than the fine, there are many concerns that it will not be easy to avoid "the deprivation of the right to run for election."
In addition, it is politically burdensome for the ruling party to form a special committee and TF to call for a prompt trial.
[Joo Jin-woo / People's Power Member (21st): (Representational Lee Jae-myung) We want to let the public know how the lawyers have delayed the trial and figure out how to do it. (The second trial) We will monitor every single day.]
Some within the Democratic Party of Korea say that the government should increase the intensity of the rental struggle and make a political decision in preparation for the possibility of the remaining trial results coming out earlier than expected.
