Na Hee-seung, former president of the Korea Railroad Corporation, who was dismissed for taking responsibility for a series of railroad accidents, filed a lawsuit against the disposition, but it was not accepted.

The Seoul Administrative Court ruled today (28th) that the former president Na lost the plaintiff in a lawsuit against the president of Yoon Suk Yeol to confirm the invalidity of the dismissal.

Na, who was appointed in November 2021 during the Moon Jae In government, was dismissed in March last year, with one year and eight months left in his term, citing management responsibility for the death of an Korail employee at Obong Station and the derailment of Mugunghwa at Yeongdeungpo Station in Seoul.

Former president Na filed a lawsuit in June last year asking him to confirm that the dismissal of President Yoon was invalid.
