The Korea Meteorological Administration said that snow clouds are likely to form around the west coast by morning, affecting Chungcheong, Honam, and Jeju Island, amid a sharp drop in temperatures overnight as the chill moves south from the northwest.

Since then, between this afternoon and night, snow clouds on the west coast are expected to flow inland by the wind, with an additional 1 to 5 centimeters of snow expected in Seoul and other metropolitan areas.
