Snow and rain are expected in the western part of the country overnight, but there is not much, but we are concerned that icy roads and thin ice on roads may occur.

On the way to work in the morning, recoiled by the cold again,

Wrap your body with a thick padded jacket and scarf and move quickly.

In the midst of a busy commute, a stove on one side of the road wraps the frozen fingertips with warmth for a moment.

The reason for the sharp drop in temperature in one day was that cold air below minus 20 degrees Celsius fell 5 kilometers above the Korean Peninsula overnight.

Morning temperatures in Seoul dropped to minus 2.4 degrees Celsius, dropping by 7 degrees in one day,
Most of the central regions were below zero, with temperatures dropping to minus 2.7 degrees in Incheon, minus 6 degrees in Paju, and -8.8 degrees in Imnam-myeon, Cheorwon, Gangwon Province, where the first cold wave warning was issued.

In particular, the wind was strong at 5 to 16 meters per second nationwide, so the temperature was lower, with -6.7 degrees Celsius in Seoul and -19.3 degrees Celsius in Seoraksan Mountain in Yangyang, Gangwon Province.

Along with the cold that has returned, rain and snow are expected to fall in the western part of the country overnight.

Rain is less than 5mm and snow is 1 to 3cm, which is not much, but due to cold weather and wind, icy roads and road thin ice may appear everywhere, so caution is needed.

The sub-zero cold will continue until the morning after tomorrow and gradually ease from the day after, but another rain or snow is expected in some parts of the Midwest.
