The fire broke out at the party equipment processing plant in Gajwa-dong, Seo-gu, Incheon, around 1:10 p.m.

No one was injured because the employees evacuated themselves, but the first stage of the response was issued to mobilize all the personnel of the competent fire station.

The fire quickly burned all of the factory and spread to the next building in the wind, and was extinguished in about two hours.

[Witness: I think it's all burnt in about 5 minutes. In five minutes. There were no people. There were some passers-by passing by, and they did so in an instant that they couldn't use their hands.]

Fire authorities are investigating the exact cause of the fire, believing that a paper box stacked with party supplies caught fire while building the interior of the building.
