At today's briefing, the police special investigation team explained what was written in the notebook of former intelligence commander Roh Sang-won secured earlier.Police explained that it was secured from a fortune teller where former commander Roh
lived, and that the palm-sized, 60-page notebook contained a lot about martial law.
First of all, the police said, there was an expression called "NLL, inducing North Korea's attacks on the Northern Limit Line."

Earlier, opposition parties, including the Democratic Party of Korea, accused former Minister Kim Yong-hyun of rebellion and foreign exchange charges based on reports about North Korea's alleged origin strike on the point where garbage balloons were sprayed.
