explained that the manual was produced in sympathy with the need for teenagers to be trained to respond to school gambling problems and to consistently deal with illegal gambling until the military service period.
About 20,000 copies of the manual will be published in the form of a booklet and distributed to commanders above the company commander level in the entire military within this month, and will also be placed in military libraries and convenience libraries in the unit.
