Voter turnout in the by-election of the Seoul Metropolitan Office of Education was relatively low, but it was only 2.0%.

The turnout of four heads of local governments and one superintendent of education we showed has not yet been reflected in early voting and residential voting using mail, and the combined turnout will be counted from 1 p.m.

Pre-voting rates for four heads of local governments and one superintendent of education, which were held for two days from the 11th to the 12th, were 8.98%.

Just before the by-election in Seoul's Gangseo-gu District Office was held in October last year, the pre-voting rate was 22.64%, and the total turnout, including the main vote, was 48.7%.

Today's voting will be held at 2,404 polling stations in the area until 8 p.m., and the location of the polling stations will be available through the Central Election Commission's website.

The final result of the vote is expected to come out as early as midnight.
