South Korea, the U.S. and Japan strongly condemned North Korea's bombing of the Gyeongui and East Sea lines and agreed to take a decisive action.

The vice foreign ministers of South Korea, the U.S. and Japan met in Seoul yesterday and strongly condemned North Korea for deliberately creating tension through its continued threats.

He also stressed that it is difficult to confirm the facts about North Korea's reported dispatch of troops to the war in Ukraine, but that he is concerned about illegal cooperation.
