The president's office said signs of a low birth rate reversal were beginning to show in July and August, when the number of babies born exceeded 20,000 for the second month in a row.

Yoo Hye-mi, senior presidential secretary for low birth response in the president's office, said on the show that it is analyzed that the number of births has reached a low point and the growth rate is rebounding.

In particular, it seems that the number of births has increased with a time difference as the number of marriages has increased, and this year could be the first year of a rebound in low births.

He added that under the current government, many policies such as work-family balance policies, housing support, and parenting care are being promoted, and they believe they have helped improve various conditions for childbirth and marriage.
