Cho Kuk Innovation Party "will submit an impeachment motion against President Yoon within this month."

The Cho Kuk Innovation Party said it is currently drafting a bill to impeach Yoon Suk Yeol's president and will submit it to the National Assembly within this month.

Secretary-General Hwang Hyun-sun held an emergency meeting and explained, "If the people give their opinions after disclosing the impeachment bill, the party's lawyers will consider whether they violate the Constitution and the law."

Some of the opposition parties said they would focus on impeachment, saying that it would be more difficult to win consent from the ruling party to push for a constitutional amendment to shorten the presidential term.
