Rep. Jeon Hyun-hee of the Democratic Party of Korea said she opposes the "live broadcast of the first trial of representative Lee Jae-myung" claimed by the ruling party, saying it is nothing more than a disgrace.

Rep. Jeon, chairman of the Democratic Party's Special Committee on Justice, told reporters after the launch of the special committee, saying it is a completely different matter from the precedent broadcast live during the case of former President Park Geun Hye's manipulation of state affairs.

Then, former President Park was actually the one who was investigated and punished as the main culprit of state affairs manipulation, and Lee claimed that the Yoon Suk Yeol regime was a scapegoat that mobilized political prosecutors to investigate and prosecute.
