With many major diplomatic issues, such as the launch of the second Trump administration, the summit diplomacy of major countries surrounding the Korean Peninsula has been forced to stop for the time being.

Prime Minister Han Deok-soo has started acting as the acting president, but the field where acting is virtually impossible is summit diplomacy.

It should be seen that no foreign leader wants to meet with the acting prime minister in a country where the presidency has been suspended.

It is uncertain whether daily diplomacy, let alone summit meetings, will be possible.

The same applies to pending issues such as North Korea's nuclear issue, tariffs, and defense costs.
