The rise in apartment prices in Seoul has decreased for three consecutive weeks.
The Seoul apartment sales price index rose 0.1 percent this week from a week earlier, marking the 28th week of gains, according to a survey by the Korea Real Estate Agency.
However, the increase slowed for three consecutive weeks, down 0.02 percentage points from a week ago.
Analysts say this is due to the accumulation of fatigue due to loan regulations and short-term surges, which dampened buying sentiment.
