This year, more than 8 out of 10 apartment special supply subscribers were found to be applicants of the first or newlywed type.

According to an analysis by Real Today, a real estate research company, a total of 283,300 applications for special supply by September this year, with 154,400 applications for the first type of life, 54.5%.

Next, the number of newlyweds accounted for 87,300 cases or 30.8%, which was 85.3% for the first time in their lives and the type of newlyweds combined.

Other types of special supply, multi-child households accounted for 11.9%, support for elderly parents 1.6%, institutional recommendations 1.1%, and newborns 0.1%.
