Former U.S. Forces Korea commanders who recently visited Korea toured Hanwha Aerospace's K-9 self-propelled artillery and emphasized the Korea-U.S. alliance.
Hanwha Aerospace said that after touring the production facilities, they emphasized that the K-9 and the ammunition carrier K10 are power needed for the U.S. military.
Currently, the U.S. military is pushing for the introduction of self-propelled artillery from overseas, so attention is being paid to whether the Korean K-9 self-propelled artillery will open its way to export to the U.S.
