It turns out that 'quality' is the most important item considered by those who are willing to buy a used car.
According to a survey of 500 members conducted by the non-face-to-face used car platform "Ribboncar," 85% of 352 people who are willing to purchase used cars soon cited "quality" as the most important item.
The second place was the maintenance system, which was chosen by 43%, followed by after-sales service and vehicle refunds.
The biggest factor in deciding to buy used cars was 'cheap price compared to new cars', with 49.7% saying 'the reliability of certified used car companies has increased', and 'the marketability of used cars has improved'.
'Ribboncar' seems to be an era when survey respondents said, "We don't think it's all about selling cars. Trust, responsibility, and communication with customers are important for used cars," he said. "Once you buy a car, you use it for a long time and have a high initial cost, so you will think about it carefully. He added that he left additional comments such as "Once you know a reliable company, you will continue to use that company only."
