Baek Eun-jong, CEO of Seoul Sound, held a press conference with Pastor Choi Jae-young and others in front of the Supreme Prosecutors' Office in Seocho-gu, Seoul today (4th), and said that the prosecution created a "law fraud logic" to acquit Kim.
At the same time, he stressed that he would submit an appeal to the prosecution on the 7th and apply for a ruling to the court.
Regarding the prosecution's offer to go through the process of attributing luxury bags to the national treasury, he said he would get them back through a lawsuit and then check the authenticity himself.
The prosecution cleared all those involved in the luxury bag case, including First Lady Kim and Pastor Choi, on the 2nd.
