Recently, apartment resident A released several photos on the online community with the title of "Trying to fill seats in Myeongdang with two motorcycles."
In the released photo, a motorcycle was erected in each of the two parking spaces. At night, the resident B in question moves one motorcycle to the next compartment where the other motorcycle is located. Then, a woman who appeared to be a family member quickly pulled up her car on the spot.
According to A, B owns two motorcycles and a car. Motorcycles rarely operate, and one doesn't even have a license plate.
Mr. A said, "There are not many parking spaces, but we are putting them in two seats in the right place," and added, "I want to report an unlicensed motorcycle, but can I leave proof of driving?" I want to punish you, but is there no way?" he appealed.
