Yonsei University, which is suspected of leaking essay questions, has filed a complaint with the Seodaemun Police Station in Seoul.
It has been three days since allegations of problem leakage emerged on the 12th.
The police will soon launch a full-fledged investigation by allocating the case after looking at related data.
Earlier, Yonsei University distributed questionnaires about an hour before the test at a test site at the time of the natural essay examination for early admission and quickly retrieved them, and suspicions were raised online that the problem was leaked.
As the backlash from the test takers spread and the controversy grew, President Yoon Suk Yeol also ordered Deputy Prime Minister and Education Minister Lee Ju-ho to determine the circumstances and reprimand those responsible.
Former spokesperson for the presidential office, Jeong Hye-jeon, said President Yoon ordered strict measures to prevent the situation from recurring in his closing remarks at the Cabinet meeting.
The Ministry of Education, which only said it was watching Yonsei University's actions, said that essay tests are conducted autonomously by individual universities.
The Ministry of Education explained that it will hold President Yoon sternly responsible for his instructions and asked the university to take thorough measures to prevent a recurrence.
