In connection with the so-called "36-week abortion" suspicion, all arrest warrants for the head of the obstetrics and gynecology hospital and the family doctor have been rejected.

While the statements of the medical staff who participated in the surgery are also known to be mixed, attention is being paid to the impact on the investigation.

The hospital director and the family doctor who were interrogated by the suspect before arrest in connection with the allegation of a 36-week abortion will leave the court.

["36 Week Abortion Case"] (Is the fetus surgically dead?). (Please tell me how you explained it to the court.) .... (What did you explain to the court?) ....]

The court, which continued its review into the late night, rejected both warrants for the men.

They cited the fact that a large part of the data on basic facts has been collected and that it is difficult to admit the need to arrest the suspect at this stage.

After the Constitutional Court made a constitutional disagreement decision on abortion, the police have booked them for murder and continued their investigation amid delays in related legislation in the National Assembly and difficulty in punishing abortion.

At the time of surgery, the survival of the fetus is an issue, and the police suspect that the fetus was alive when it came out of the mother's body.

In addition, three months after the start of the investigation, he applied for an arrest warrant for the hospital director and the lead doctor, believing that there was a circumstance of destroying evidence.

However, the hospital director and the doctor admitted to the operation, but denied the murder charge, and the statements of the medical staff who participated in the operation were also reported to be mixed.

In the meantime, the arrest warrant for the hospital director and the family doctor is rejected, and the investigation is expected to be difficult.
