Kara said, "Myeong-sook ran away with all her might, but A persistently followed her and captured her. He even used his favorite toys to lure Myeong-sook who was hiding," he said.
"The shocking fact is that A committed this crime while he was being punished for human violence and was spending a suspended sentence," he said. "It was not just violence against people, but eventually punched innocent animals."
