Police can't confirm the medical certificate of taxi driver Moon Da-hye even in the search and seizure.

Regarding Moon Da-hye, the daughter of former President Moon Jae In, who caused a drunk driving accident, the police were found to have failed to secure the victim's medical certificate.

Woo Jong-soo, head of the National Investigation Division of the National Police Agency, said at a press conference today (28th) that the victim's taxi driver conducted a search and seizure on the oriental medicine clinic where he received treatment on the 23rd, but failed to secure an injury certificate and opinion.

Director Woo explained that there was no related data itself because the taxi driver did not request documents from the hospital.

When some pointed out that the seizure and search of hospitals when they reached an agreement with each other was not an excessive investigation, he refuted that it was only a normal procedure, adding that even if there is no medical certificate, medical records can determine whether it is injured.
