It has been confirmed that Cho Doo-soon, a child sex offender, has moved from a house in Ansan, Gyeonggi Province, where she originally lived.
The Ansan Danwon Police Station in Gyeonggi Province was notified by the Ministry of Justice on the 25th of the relocation of Cho Doo-soon's residence.
Cho Doo-soon was found to have moved to another multi-family house about 2km away from the Wadong multi-family house she had been living in since she was released from prison in December 2020.
Cho Doo-soon is said to have moved because her monthly rent contract expired.
Police deployed regular patrol cars near Cho Doo-soon's new residence and put their careers into strengthening patrols.
The police also plan to move the special security center, which was installed near the existing residence, to a new residence soon.
