A man in his 30s who refused to comply with police orders after breaking a parking breaker was arrested.
Namdaemun Police Station in Seoul said it is investigating a man in his 30s on charges of property damage.
Mr. A is accused of breaking a parking breaker and running away from a building parking lot in Jung-gu, Seoul, at around 4 p.m. the day before yesterday (26th).
Citizens who were passing by were seen hitting their car with a stick or running away in defiance of the police's order to get off.
