Police and firefighters who have been dispatched to capture wild boars are narrowing the siege.

At around 4:20 p.m. yesterday, a car driving near the Nakdong Junction on the Jungbu Inland Expressway in Nakdong-myeon, Sangju-si, Gyeongsangbuk-do, caught fire.
The driver, who found smoke in the back of the car, parked his car on the shoulder and evacuated, and there were no casualties.
The fire was extinguished in about 40 minutes, but the car was completely burned, and at one point some lanes were controlled and heavy traffic was caused to fight the fire.
At around 6:30 p.m. yesterday (29th), two pedestrians in their 60s were hit by an 8.5 ton truck crossing a crosswalk on the road in Hoengseong-gun, Gangwon-do.
One pedestrian was in cardiac arrest at the time of the firefighting, and another pedestrian was seriously injured and is being treated at the hospital.
