Multi-family house fire in Sillim-dong, Seoul... "High school student set fire to fire"

At 2:28 p.m. today (5th), a high school student was reported to have set fire on the second floor of a multi-family house in Sillim-dong, Seoul.

The fire started in the master bedroom on the second floor, and the fire department mobilized 21 equipment and 78 members to extinguish the fire in about 40 minutes.

The fire burned the entire second floor and evacuated five residents, but fortunately, there were no casualties.

The high school student later went to the district office in charge and turned himself in, saying he had set himself on fire.

The police are investigating the case against the high school student.
