The special prosecutor's office said it had just requested an arrest warrant for commander Lee.

The prosecution arrested commander Lee the day before when he refused to comply with the investigation, and called him a day later to conduct a high-intensity investigation.

In the process, he reportedly secured a statement from the president at the time of the emergency martial law that he had been " instructed to bring down lawmakers."

At around 10 a.m., a warrant was also requested for Special Forces Commander Kwak Jong-geun.Commander

is a person who was involved in sending special forces units, including the 707 Special Forces, to the National Assembly when the emergency martial law was declared.

In the investigation of martial law commander Park An-soo, there was a statement that commander Kwak suggested the use of Tasers and horror bullets during martial law.

The investigation of major military generals involved in martial law seems to be nearing the end.

So far, there are a total of four suspects that the prosecution has secured or will try to secure.

Former Defense Minister Kim Yong-hyun has already been arrested and is under investigation every day.

Yeo In-hyeong, the former counterintelligence commander, was also arrested after giving up his review of the arrest warrant.

After that, if Lee Jin-woo, commander of the water defense command, and Kwak Jong-geun, commander of the Special Warfare Command, are secured, all participants who attended the so-called mission meeting will be arrested.

Among the major military officials, Park An-soo, the commander of martial law, who was investigated yesterday, seems to be starting to aim at the president.

However, the attitude of former Minister Kim, who recently refused to make a statement, is considered a variable.

As the prosecution judged the president as the head of the civil war, the refusal of the key person's statement could affect it.

Currently, the prosecution is calling former Minister Kim back to investigate from 2 p.m., and Kim is reportedly exercising his right to refuse to make a statement today.

So far, I'm Kim Chul-hee from the Special Investigation Headquarters of the Prosecution Service.
