President Yoon Suk Yeol has refused to serve the impeachment papers of the Constitutional Court for a week.
Concerns are growing that delays in the trial are inevitable, and the Constitutional Court will consider President Yoon to have received the documents tomorrow (23rd) and announce whether to proceed with the trial.

The Constitutional Court has sent several documents related to the impeachment trial, including a notice of receipt and a request for attendance, but President Yoon Suk Yeol has never received it.
The president's office sends the recipient back because he is not there, and if he sends it to the official residence, the security service refuses to receive it.
Former President Roh Moo Hyun was served with the documents on March 13, 2004, the day after the impeachment was passed, and submitted a delegation of attorney and a written opinion to the Constitutional Court five days later.
Former President Park Geun Hye was also served with the documents shortly after the approval and submitted a power of attorney and an answer within a week.
On the other hand, in the case of President Yoon, he has not even received a notice for a week that the trial will begin.
The Constitutional Court, which heard the president's impeachment twice, is also confused by the first situation and is considering countermeasures.
