Ukraine has attacked a fuel storage facility in Oryol, western Russia, with a drone in more than a week, regional officials say.
Oryol Governor Andrei Klitschkov wrote on Telegram on the 22nd local time that "Oryol State was again hit by a large-scale drone strike" and that "another fire broke out at a fuel facility in the town of Stalnoikon in the Oryolovsky Autonomous Region."
He added that the fire was being extinguished and that there was no information about any casualties.
Yoryol Stalnoikon's fuel facility was also attacked by Ukrainian drones on the 19th.
Russian forces, which control about 190 Ukrainian villages this year, are stepping up their offensive to secure as much territory as possible before U.S. President-elect Trump, who has said he will push for a quick end to the war, takes power.
