Yes, rallies are being held throughout the city to demand the immediate resignation of President Yoon Suk Yeol.

The civic group Candlelight Action has been holding a candlelight culture festival around the Constitutional Court since 2 p.m., calling for President Yoon's immediate dismissal.

At the same time, the National Conference on the Situation of University Students, who resigned from Yoon Suk Yeol, also began an event to select the "worst moment of the year" near Gyeongbokgung Station over the declaration of emergency martial law, the rejection of the first impeachment bill, and President Yoon's refusal to investigate.

The emergency action of the resignation of the Yoon Suk Yeol, led by the Korean Confederation of Trade Unions and civic groups, will hold a large-scale rally at Gwanghwamun's synaptic pavilion from 4 p.m. today and march around the Constitutional Court and around downtown areas such as Myeong-dong.

The aforementioned candlelight action and university student situation conference will also join the emergency action march.

They emphasize that the investigation and impeachment proceedings against President Yoon, who is suspected of being the head of the insurrection, are being delayed due to various obstructions and that the president should be arrested.

Conservative groups, including the Liberty Korea Party, began a large-scale rally in front of the Donghwa Duty Free Shop in Gwanghwamun from 1 p.m.

On weekdays, they have been holding simultaneous rallies around Gwanghwamun and the Constitutional Court, the presidential residence, and the Seoul Central District Prosecutors' Office.

Since emergency martial law itself is legal, impeachment is fundamentally invalid, and President Yoon is shouting for protection.

The police said that severe congestion is expected in the area of the assembly, including Sejong-daero, Sajik-ro, and Yulgok-ro, and that more than 160 traffic police officers will be deployed to manage communication such as bypassing vehicles.

The Ministry of Public Administration and Security plans to send a situation management officer to Gwanghwamun and Anguk stations to prevent safety accidents, but if the number of subway passengers increases rapidly, it will even consider non-stop passage.
