Last year, 21.4% of full-time teachers at the National University...the third consecutive year of gains

The proportion of full-time teachers at the National University has continued to rise over the past three years, reaching 21.4% last year.

The proportion of full-time teachers at the National University increased for the third consecutive year until last year, following 19.5% in 2022 and 20.4% in 2023.

Last year's 21.4% exceeded the 2024 target rate set by the relevant statute by 0.8 percentage points.

The Ministry of Education announced the results of the 2024 National University Gender Equality Action Plan.
