The French Anti-Terrorism Prosecutor's Office has arrested three people on charges of plotting a terrorist attack in Toulouse, southwestern France, foreign media reported.
"They are accused of participating in criminal groups to prepare for multiple crimes," French prosecutors said. "We arrested them as part of an initial investigation."
However, they did not disclose their specific terrorist goals or motives.
Two of them are Afghans, AFP reported, but local prosecutors did not confirm this.
