Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said, "We have received information that two brigades of North Korean troops are training, 6,000 at a time," regarding the North Korean military's move to send troops to Russia.
President Zelensky made the claim in a speech on the evening of the 22nd local time, saying he had received several reports from commander-in-chief Oleksandr Sirsky.
This is similar to the National Intelligence Service's analysis that North Korea has decided to send a total of 12,000 troops to four brigades, including special forces.
On the 17th, President Zelensky claimed, "According to intelligence authorities, North Korea is preparing a total of 10,000 troops to stand on Russia's side and fight Ukraine."
