"North Korea to get support through dispatch may become more aggressive"

As the U.S. officially confirmed North Korea's dispatch of troops to Russia, foreign media analyzed that the nature of the war in Ukraine has changed into an international war.

Foreign Policy, a U.S. foreign affairs and security media, predicted that North Korea could have a significant impact on Russia as it dispatches the best special forces.

He also said that sending soldiers directly to the battlefield is a bigger investment than sending weapons, and therefore more is expected, and he feared that North Korea could turn more belligerent around the Korean Peninsula.

The New York Times pointed out that North Korea is imitating the path through which South Korea sent a large number of troops to the Vietnam War to modernize the military and help the economy grow with its dispatch to Russia.

The British Financial Times predicted that South Korea may strengthen behind-the-scenes diplomacy with China to prevent Russia's advanced weapons technology from being transferred to North Korea.
