Various polls of voters who voted early for the U.S. presidential election showed Democratic candidate Vice President Kamala Harris' approval rating overwhelming Republican former President Donald Trump, the Washington Post reported on the 31st.

In a poll released by ABC News and pollster Ipsos on the 27th of last month, 62% of voters who said they voted in advance said they voted for Vice President Harris and 33% for former President Trump.

In a poll released by the New York Times and Siena University on October 25, 59% of voters who voted early said they supported Vice President Harris and 40% said they supported former President Trump.

In addition, a CNN and Fox News poll of early-voting participants in seven competing states also showed Harris' approval rating ahead of Trump in six places except Nevada.

The Washington Post diagnosed that Vice President Harris is expected to receive the main vote with a significant advantage among voters who have completed early voting.

However, he added that many expected early voting in 2016 to favor then-Democratic candidate Hillary Clinton.
