On the sixth day of the Israeli-Hizbullah ceasefire, Israeli forces attacked southern Lebanon, killing at least two people, Reuters reported.
Lebanon's health ministry says one person was killed in an airstrike in a town 10 kilometers from the Israeli border.
It also said that Israeli troops killed one soldier when they launched a drone strike on the town of Navatye, 12 kilometers from the border.
Lebanon's parliament speaker, Nabi Berry, who brokered the ceasefire on Hezbollah's behalf, issued a statement condemning the "attack by Israeli occupiers as a clear violation of the ceasefire agreement."
In response, the Israeli military claimed it carried out several airstrikes in Lebanon following Hezbollah's breach of the ceasefire agreement.
The Israeli military says it attacked a missile manufacturing facility in eastern Lebanon and several military vehicles Hezbollah used to carry weapons.
