Amid the prolonged parliamentary conflict, a 16-year-old male student who collapsed from a cerebral hemorrhage underwent surgery in six hours while searching for the emergency room, but eventually lost his life.

On the 15th of last month, a 16-year-old A suddenly collapsed in Uman-dong, Suwon-si, Gyeonggi-do, suffering from a "moya moya disease" in which blood vessels in the brain were narrowed or blocked.

After being rejected by nearby small and medium-sized hospitals and university hospitals, A was transferred to a hospital 9km away within 70 minutes of reporting 119.

However, when the diagnosis of cerebral hemorrhage came out, I had to move to a hospital where surgery was possible, but I heard from four university hospitals that there were no seats in the intensive care unit or that it took time to answer due to manpower problems.

A underwent surgery at another large hospital within 6 hours after the first report, but died within a week.

While the family of A argued that the problem was that the emergency treatment was delayed in the early stages, the university hospitals that did not accept A were unable to treat them because there was no room in the intensive care unit at YTN.He explained that it was difficult to treat behind the scenes because there were no medical staff.
